Due to popular demand and after two sold-out events in 2021/ 2022 (Gin & Oysters) our Archie Rose gin event is back. Enjoy some of the best award-winning gins money can buy with the all-new range of Archie Rose premium gins including some all-new limited releases paired with an oyster shucker station serving premium fresh WA Oysters that will keep your mouth watering!
$75 + BF – Your ticket will include:
- Nibbles Station ALL YOU CAN EAT from 3:00pm-4:30pm
- Oyster Shucker Station (3:00pm-4:30pm) 12 oysters per person
- 1 free signature serve Archie Rose gin paired with Fever-Tree Tonic and fresh fruit garnish.
- 1 free ‘Raw Honey Gin’ gin paired with Fever-Tree Tonic and fresh fruit garnish. (celebrating the new release)
- Free tasting of Archie Rose Distilling Co’s Premium gin range, including limited-release gins. Tasting is conducted by Archie Rose ambassador for WA & SA.
- Additional $2 Oysters will be available at the bar

Bottomless non-alcoholic sparkling wine.A choice of selected mocktails, OJ, and an array of refreshing soft drinks.

-Free-flowing of Da Luca Prosecco, Grant Burge Petite Bubbles, Mimosas, Peach Bellini, Swan Draught, Swan Gold, OJ, and a selection of soft drinks.
– GARDEN EGG BRUSCHETTA: toasted baguette, smashed avocado, scrambled eggs, onion, tomato, parmesan cheese with Italian glaze
– AVO SMASH BACON & EGG ON TOAST : Vienna toast, bacon, egg, avocado , spinach, cheese and hollaindaise sauce with a hash brown on the side

But wait, there’s more! HAPPY HOUR: From 5pm to 6pm, dive into our regular Happy Hour with $8 pints of selected tap beer and $7 house wine and bubbles!
